ツクシ – horsetail

つくしんぼう
ツクシ(Tsukushi; Horsetail) is one of early Spring features in Japan.
It’s written with Kanji as “土筆”, means “a brush of earth”.

I took this photo at Higashi-Ojima station, nearby Arakawa River, Tokyo.
